Steve Torres - President & CEO

For over 15 years, I served as Operations Manager for two prominent companies in the oil & gas and complex manufacturing sectors. At which, I oversaw operations for their precision-engineered products tailored to the wireline market. I managed all processes related to complex manufacturing, and deep hole drilling. My responsibilities encompassed all facets of business operations, including executive management, P&L oversight, and departmental coordination, while also working directly with operators on the production floor, where I personally operated and programmed CNC machines.

I began my career in manufacturing at machine shop as shop helper in the early 2000s and, through self-initiative, advanced through the ranks. While going to community college at night and working during the day I progressed from a manual machinist to a CNC operator, CNC programmer, to lead programmer, and finally to a manufacturing engineer. I then transitioned into leadership roles, moving from shop lead to manufacturing supervisor, plant manager, and lastly to operations manager. I have always been driven by a passion of continual growth, and a desire to overcome challenging situations.

At this stage in my life, I believe it’s crucial to share the insights and experience I've gained throughout my career. Experiencing the positive impact of this knowledge brings me a deep sense of fulfillment.

When I'm not working on the business, you’ll find me with my family, caring for our cattle and livestock while enjoying the gentle Texas breeze.  I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s sitting by the campfire, fishing at the creek, or working on the pastures.
